The kids were excited to see the trash man. Princess even applauded for him. Equally exciting was having our car be the first car stopped to let a train pass. Champ counted 90 cars.
Then we joined a million people at the museum. The garage was the only parking spot that supposedly wasn't full. We wasted a lot of time proving them wrong...it was full. I then went to another lot with a lot full sign, but there were plenty of spaces. Kids were so happy that I found a space. I'm so thankful that they were busy eating lunch in the car.
Champ learned more at the National Geographic exhibit.
They waited patiently for art class to begin.
The kids tried to make a bee in art class.
Champ practiced playing the drums.
We used our imaginations to create spectacular designs.
Lyle, Lyle Crocodile entertained us. Champ did a fantastic job of taking his sister through the line to meet the cast. The last man said how polite Champ was. Champ had apparently thanked him for a good show.
Then we bought a snack and watched Bucky come to life.
I saw a beautiful butterfly.
This squirrel was collecting nuts.
Champ had baseball practice in the evening. Princess and I froze. She was disappointed that the concession stand was closed.
